لنعترف بأنّ ثورة 17/14 سقطت بين أيدي من ساهموا في مراكمتها وتحقّقها وتعهّدوا بتحقيق أهدافها.
فالطبقة السياسية، كلاّ من موقعه في الحكم أو في المعارضة وبحسب مشاركته بالتقرير أو بالتعطيل، كشفت عن عجز واضح في المقترحات والإنجاز والاستجابة لتطلعات الناس.
ولننصرف إلى معالجة معظلة التباعد بين مجتمع الحكم من النخب، والمجتمع المهمّش من أغلبية الشعب، الآخذ في التعمّق. فهذا أحد أسباب تأخّر الحراك الشعبي الذي كان إسقاط الانقلاب متعذّرا دونه.
