في الذكرى 63 لميلادي يوم غرة أكتوبر. أشكر الله على نعمه الظاهرة والباطنة. وأسأله تعالى السلامة في البدن والعقل والنفس ما حييت. وأن يختم لنا بالصالحات. و أن يجعل من آثارنا ما يجلب لنا الرحمات. وأنشر بالمناسبة ثلاث صور لذكريات مميّزة.

واحدة مع الأستاذ نجيب الشابي في مؤتمر 2006، إحالة على ترافقنا في النضال بالحزب الديمقراطي التقدمي لحوالي عشرية من الزمن لم يغز فيها الشيب شعري بعد.

وأخرى بمطعم بحديقة الأزهر الجميلة بالقاهرة سنة 2009، في دورة تكوينية عربية حول حقوق الإنسان، إحالة على تطلّع لمستقبل عربي ديمقراطي، عشية ثورات الربيع العربي.

والصورة الثالثة في غرة أكتوبر من سنة 2021، حين وقفت وحيدا للأسف أمام مجلس نواب الشعب، أخاطب الإعلاميين وأتحدّى الميليشيات الشعبوية، بعد نهاية العطلة البرلمانية إثر إجراءات 25 جويلية. وربما ضيّع زملائي لحظة للأسف، لم يفلحوا في استعادتها، رغم حرص بعضهم لاحقا.
