الشعب يريد ما لا تريد..
في تناقض صارخ مع أولويّات عموم التونسيين في تحسين أوضاعهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وخلافا للأحلام الوردية لبعض النخب في “تصحيح المسار”، تمّت دسترة الحكم الفردي المطلق في 25 جويلية 2022. وجاء المرسوم الشعبوي عدد 55 لسنة 2022 في 15 سبتمبر، المتعلّق بتنقيح القانون الأساسي للانتخابات والاستفتاء وإتمامه، لإفراغ البرلمان من مضمونه السياسي.
وصدر أخيرا المرسوم الدكتاتوري عدد 54 لسنة 2022 المتعلق بمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بأنظمة المعلومات والاتصال، والذي شدّد العقوبة على ترويج “أخبار زائفة” أو “إشاعات” على شبكة الأنترنيت، بما يهدّد حرية التعبير، ويهدف إلى إسكات أصوات المدوّنين، ويشرّع التجسّس على المواطنين والتسلّل لمعطياتهم الشخصية.
